Stephanie Macfarlane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation management. Currently serving as Senior Implementation Manager at Movable Ink since February 2022, Stephanie previously held roles such as Lead Client Experience Manager and Customer Success Manager following the acquisition of Coherent Path by Movable Ink. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at Coherent Path as a Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager. Stephanie's career includes significant contributions at Heart and Stroke, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $16M portfolio and maintaining vendor relationships, as well as roles in customer service operations and sales at Bauer Hockey and Panda Shoes.
