Sofie Leenstra

Sofie Leenstra is a driven and enthusiastic HR professional currently working as an HR adviser at Movares, where they contribute to projects focusing on mobility, infrastructure, and sustainability. Previously, Sofie gained valuable experience as an HR officer at Energie Data Services Nederland, and as an HR intern at Jaarbeurs, where they received top marks for their work, including developing a recruitment plan and assessing health policies. Sofie also held roles as a summer HR assistant at The Medical Export Group and conducted research on sustainable employability for their thesis at FrieslandCampina. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a minor in Labor Law from Hogeschool Utrecht.
