Mischelle Luiz

Mischelle Luiz has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of HR & Learning & Development at Movate since September 2013. In this role, Mischelle has focused on training new hires and conducting refresher sessions, developing various training modules on critical skills such as empathy, telephone etiquette, and customer relationship management. Prior to Movate, Mischelle worked at Standard Chartered - Scope International from September 2007 to July 2013 as a Specialist in service quality, where responsibilities included quality assurance and delivering training on communication and customer handling skills to ensure high service standards.
