Sameer Dalal

Sameer Dalal currently serves as Chief Quality Officer at Movate, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sameer held several leadership positions at UST Global as Director & Head of Business Process Maturity Transformation Practice from May 2013 to October 2023, and at Polaris Financial Technology Ltd. as Vice President - Services Quality Head from April 2010 to May 2013. Sameer's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President - Project Director at Polaris Software Labs Ltd., Assistant General Manager at 3i Infotech, Project Manager at HCL Perot Systems, and Delivery Manager at SNR Softech. Sameer began a career in engineering, working as a Senior Engineer at BG Shirke Con Pvt Ltd., and as an IT Service Provider for Indian Express. Education includes a Master's degree in Astrology from Phal Jyotish Sanshodhan Dyanpeeth, an MBA from Pune University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College. Military education was completed at Sainik School Satara.
