Where research, proven practices, and real-life examples turn into impact.
Organisations across Finland are facing a shared challenge: How can we develop employee work ability and wellbeing in a cost-effective way that produces real results? While research provides strong evidence on what supports long-term health and productivity, many well-chosen initiatives struggle to take hold in daily work.
The Move Now Summit exists to address this gap.
We bring together leading researchers, experienced business leaders, and HR experts for an exclusive one-day leadership summit. Our mission is to move beyond "doing the right things" to ensuring those actions actually make a difference in the workplace.
Why Move Now?
