move physio pilates is a boutique physiotherapy and pilates studio in the heart of Alexandria, Sydney. The practice is owned and managed by David Jones, our Principal Physiotherapist with 12+ years experience in the industry and Amy Jones, an Olympic Medallist, MBA graduate and Pilates Instructor.

Our client base is dynamic and varied with a focus on musculoskeletal treatment and rehabilitation. Our physiotherapy practice is also integrated with our reformer pilates studio and our physios work alongside our pilates instructors on an integrative and activity-focussed approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention.
