MOVE is a pioneering company that merges innovative movement therapy with mental health care, centered around our key tool, The Cube. Recognizing that individuals seek understanding, resolution, and support in their healing journey, The Cube is designed to address these needs directly. It offers a unique form of therapy that not only helps users explore and solve tasks in a judgement-free environment but also provides insights into why they might be struggling, presenting a clear plan for moving forward.

Our approach at MOVE, with The Cube at its heart, is about offering a comprehensive solution to mental health care—providing clarity on the “why”, delivering a roadmap for resolution, and supporting every step of the journey towards well-being. We believe in empowering individuals through engaging, therapeutic experiences that heal the mind, body, and spirit in a playful, supportive, and enriching environment.

At MOVE, we understand that healing goes beyond mere recognition of issues; it involves actively engaging in the process of recovery. The Cube facilitates this by encouraging play-focused activities that foster mental resilience, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment. The Cube is especially beneficial for those recovering from trauma or dealing with mental health challenges, offering them a structured yet flexible framework to understand their feelings, develop a personalized recovery plan, and receive the support needed to implement it effectively.

Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth? Step into a judgment-free environment where exploration and problem-solving take center stage, guiding you towards a brighter and more fulfilled future. Step into The Cube.
