Founded by individuals who experienced firsthand the gaps in support after treatment, Move to Heal was built to help people thrive beyond traditional clinical settings. We partner with gyms across Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida, offering programs that include:

With 2,000+ monthly members and 17+ partner gyms, our work fills a critical prevention and recovery gap—helping people build long-term tools for mental health, reduce reliance on emergency care, and create lasting community.
