Matt Jackson

Matt Jackson has had a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Matt started their career at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they provided technical support to staff and students. Matt then moved on to Chinese Laundry, where they managed and maintained computer terminals for end users. After that, they joined j2 Global as a Senior Service Desk Administrator, supporting over 500 end users and overseeing hardware asset inventory. Matt then transitioned to Velocity Network Solutions as a Systems Engineer, providing support to 250+ end users and assisting with server installation and maintenance. Matt later joined MarketShare, where they served as a Data Specialist and Systems Engineer, responsible for developing code, migrating documentation, and tracking project tasks. Most recently, Matt worked at Move, Inc as a Desktop Support Specialist, providing helpdesk services and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in various technologies and demonstrated strong management and problem-solving skills.
