Antonio Iacocca is a solutions architect and cloud engineer with extensive experience in managing and maintaining contact center infrastructure, particularly for TIM and WindTre at Minsait from September 2020 to January 2025. In addition, Antonio has developed applications for the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) platform for both WindTre and Luxottica.
