Tyson McTear has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Tyson started their career in 1997 as the Director of Operations at Jade Inc., where they provided internet services and website development. In 2002, they became the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at IGC Software, where they played a key role in developing software tools for moving and storage companies. In 2017, McTear joined MoveHQ as the Vice President of Technical Operations & Infrastructure, overseeing cloud-based solutions for move management. Tyson is currently serving as the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) at MoveHQ.
Tyson McTear attended Seneca Polytechnic but did not obtain a degree. Tyson has received additional certifications including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in December 2023, and a ClickUp Novice Certificate of Completion from ClickUp in 2023.
