Overview

Moveko is a Bulgaria-based automotive industrialisation and assembly platform supporting electric-vehicle OEM programs in Europe.

We help global EV and new-energy vehicle brands establish EU SKD assembly operations through a practical combination of industrialisation, assembly planning, quality systems, traceability, logistics coordination, and compliance-pathway structuring.

Depending on the program model, Moveko can support OEMs either as a local extension assembly base integrated with the OEM’s existing manufacturing system, or as the local manufacturer / approval-responsible entity where the legal and commercial structure requires it.

Our scope includes SKD program design, localisation planning, plant and line concept development, workstation and end-of-line strategy, and logistics flows between Asia and Europe. We also help structure the customs, trade, and EU vehicle approval / compliance pathway together with specialised technical, regulatory, and operational partners.

Moveko is building a focused EV industrial platform in Bulgaria: lean, execution-oriented, and designed for OEM programs that need credible European assembly capability without unnecessary complexity.
