Peter Xie

Peter Xie is the current VP Sensor Modules at Movella. Peter was previously a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Cisco from June 1999 to December 2020. During their time at Cisco, they built a high-performing platform-SW Agile development team, fostered team culture with trust, teamwork and integrity, recruited junior and senior engineering talents, coached team's development, managed remote developer contractors in India and in Europe, managed vendor budget/contracts/SOW, and managed DevOps for platform software CI/CD and releases. As a technical first-line manager, they also managed projects for Cisco SBG's high-end Next Gen Firewall platforms from concept/prototypes to FCS delivery, developed high-availability features such as multi-instance support and inter/intra-chassis clustering support, managed customer escalations and maintenance releases. These platforms are crucial for the company's security market and solutions.

They are on a team with Shiv Sabesan - VP Health Solutions, Bernie Chong - VP Finance & Administration, and Steve Smith - CFO. Peter Xie reports to Ben Lee, CEO.
