Brian Lam

Brian Lam has been working in the technology industry since 2004. Brian began their career as a MTS Design Engineer at Spansion Inc. in 2004. In 2009, they moved to ASTRI, where they held the role of Principal Engineer. In 2015, they took on the role of MTS Design Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and also became Chief Operating Officer at Platysens Limited. Most recently, in 2019, they became Digital Design Manager at Movellus Inc.

Brian Lam obtained their BASc in Computer Engineering with Option in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo. Brian then went on to receive their MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In August 2020, they also obtained a SystemVerilog for Design and Verification v20.5 Exam certification from Cadence Design Systems.
