Benjamin Davies

Benjamin Davies is a Specialist Registrar in Neurosurgery at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since August 2023, and also serves as the Founder and CEO of MoveMed. Davies is an Associate Member of the Spinal Cord Injury Knowledge Forum with AOSpine and co-founded Myelopathy.org, where efforts focus on raising awareness and providing support for degenerative cervical myelopathy. As an Evidence Based Medicine Committee Member for the North American Spine Society, Benjamin Davies contributes to the development of clinical practice guidelines. Prior experience includes roles at the NIHR as a Clinical Doctoral Research Fellow, and committee memberships with the Society of British Neurological Surgeons and the National Neurosurgical Audit Programme. Educationally, Benjamin Davies is pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge while holding an MPhil from the same institution, in addition to holding an MRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons and an MBChB(Hons) from The University of Manchester.
