We focus on innovative wellness programming that challenges the status quo, bringing you a space for intentional movement practice. We offer in-studio and online sessions for all abilities, goals and schedules. 

The Space
There are two large studio spaces; one is home to six high-end Pilates reformers, the other is for mat classes and moving on your feet. We also have two private rooms for stretch therapy, massage and other treatments.

About the Founders
Meredith Anderson (Pilates) and Amy Laithwaite (Stretch Therapy), bring 40+ years of experience in movement education to the space. They focus on building a strong team of teachers, providing professional development and working directly with clients.
