Mark Scarrow

Mark Scarrow is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in sales management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer and Sales Manager at Movement Mortgage since August 2021, Scarrow is focused on expanding the Charlotte sales center, mentoring loan originators, and surpassing monthly sales goals. Previously, as SVP-Division General Manager at Foundation Financial Group from June 2009 to 2012, Scarrow built a robust sales center and oversaw multiple branch openings. With a significant tenure at HSBC, Scarrow held various roles including Vice President District Manager, where leadership of large teams and strategic oversight led to substantial growth in receivables. Scarrow's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Accounting from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and additional studies at Duke University.
