Emily Smiley

Emily Smiley is the Executive Director at Movement51, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked at The DMZ as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Investor Relations from 2020 to 2022, and held various roles in business development and project management for notable organizations, including Coherent Path and the City of Ottawa between 2014 and 2016. Emily's earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at M.A. Miller and the Boys and working as an Office Administrator at Century 21. They are currently pursuing education at Queen's University.
