Brett King

Brett King has had extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brett is currently the CEO and Founder of The Futurists Network, where they lead initiatives focused on the future of humanity, the planet, and the global economy through conferences, TV shows, and podcasts. Additionally, they serve as a board advisor for DrumWave, a company that provides advisory services.

In the past, Brett founded Moven, a pioneering banking platform that helps consumers with smart banking and financial wellness. Brett also founded Provoke Management, a global boutique management agency representing speakers in the fields of digital, fintech, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality. Moreover, they have authored bestselling books and hosted a radio show called Breaking Banks on WVNJ 1160 and Voice America Talk Radio.

Brett is the CEO of User Strategy, which serves as their private equity holding company for investments in fintech and technology globally. It is also the largest shareholder in Moven and owner of their intellectual property related to books and radio shows.

Furthermore, Brett has been a board member of the Financial Health Network (formerly the Centre for Financial Services Innovation) since 2015, contributing to improving consumer financial health by promoting better financial products and practices. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Managing Director for Modem Media, overseeing operations in Asia.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Brett worked as the Director of E-Business at Deloitte Consulting. Overall, Brett King's career spans across various leadership, advisory, authorship, and board roles in the fields of banking, finance, technology, and innovation.

Brett King's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at Monash University. Brett completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) in 1992.

In 1999, Brett pursued further education and enrolled in the AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Brett completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2004. During their time at AGSM, they also served as an Adjunct Professor.

In 2003 and 2004, Brett expanded their educational experience by becoming an Adjunct Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. Brett specialized in Business Administration during their time at the institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Brett King holds a Private Pilots License (IFR Rating) obtained from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Specific dates regarding the certification are not provided.
