Gerben Welling

Gerben Welling is an experienced director and transition manager with a background in primary, long-term, and rehabilitation care. They served as the chair of the board at Huisartsenposten Oost Brabant for fifteen years before transitioning into interim management, advisory, and mediation roles in 2017. Gerben is passionate about collaboration and the societal value of care work, guiding organizations through change by prioritizing communication and understanding. Currently, they hold various positions, including mediator at Welling Advies & Mediation and member of several supervisory boards. Gerben’s extensive educational background includes a Master of Health Administration and specialized training in mediation.
