MoveQ is a high-performance movement, recovery and coaching company specialising in the development of human and athletic potential.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2014 and now based in Rotterdam, MoveQ operates at the intersection of applied neuroscience, functional movement science, elite sport performance and long-term physical resilience.

We work with athletes, coaches, professionals and organisations across Europe, delivering structured systems that improve movement intelligence, physical performance, recovery capacity and long-term durability.

Our work integrates:

• 3D functional movement training
• Sport-specific athletic development (including padel performance systems)
• High-performance coaching (1:1 and online delivery)
• Recovery and regeneration systems, including advanced biohacking protocols
• Cognitive and neuromuscular performance development
• Applied movement education for coaches and practitioners

MoveQ is built on a simple principle:

Movement starts in the brain.

By combining science, applied coaching experience and integrated performance systems, we help individuals and teams move better, perform better, recover better and sustain results over time.

We do not follow trends.
We build systems that work under pressure.

Our mission is to restore, regenerate and elevate human performance in sport and life.
