Nicholas Sharp

Nicholas Sharp has held various positions in the finance industry since 1997. Nicholas started their career as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte UK in 1997. In 2002, they joined Odey Asset Management as a Japanese Company Analyst and Fund Manager, where they were instrumental in growing the assets of the Japanese hedge fund business from $50m to $1.2bn within four years. In 2008, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Director of Asian Equity Sales. In 2017, they became a Partner at Hambro Perks Advisory LLP, Hambro Perks Growth EIS Fund and Hambro Perks. In 2019, they took on the role of Director at Movewise and Smart TMS.

Nicholas Sharp attended Ashdown House from 1984 to 1989, followed by Eton College from 1989 to 1994. Nicholas then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Brasenose College, Oxford from 1994 to 1997. In 2001, they obtained the ACA from ICAEW, followed by the Investment Management Certificate from CFA Institute in 2002 and CFA Level 1 from CFA Institute in 2003.
