Nabeel Hingun

Nabeel Hingun is a Machine Learning Engineer at Moveworks, specializing in the Search Team since September 2023. Previously, Nabeel served as a Machine Learning Researcher at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research from August 2021 to July 2023, focusing on scaling part models and robustness challenges with large datasets. Nabeel also held positions as an Undergraduate Researcher, working on adversarial attacks on self-driving cars and deep neural networks. In the summer of 2022, experience as a Data Science Intern at Roblox included developing a friend recommendation pipeline. Nabeel contributed to various student organizations at UC Berkeley, enhancing machine learning community engagement, and co-first authored a paper accepted at ICLR 2022. Prior to these roles, Nabeel interned as a Software Engineer at Quantum-Si and gained culinary experience as an Apprentice Cook at LABOURDONNAIS. Nabeel's academic background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
