Ritika Chatterjee

Ritika Chatterjee is a Senior Software Engineer at Moveworks since May 2022, focusing on client accounts to facilitate the successful implementation of AI-powered chatbots. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Engineer at RobotLAB Inc. (March 2021 - May 2022), where training was provided on NAO, Pepper, and ClassVR for diverse users. At SoftBank Robotics US (February 2017 - February 2021), Ritika served as Investigation Engineer and later as Team Lead, significantly improving diagnostic and repair turnaround times for humanoid robots. Ritika's career began with hardware support as a Repair Intern at Aldebaran Robotics and roles at Telvent Energias as a Trainee SCADA Engineer and Summer Intern, providing support in project management and SCADA system monitoring. Ritika holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
