Michael also held positions as Executive Director at Utilidex and Chief Information Officer at Direct Connect Australia and Lumo Energy, contributing significantly to the growth and IT infrastructure of these organizations. Michael's early career included roles at the Bank of Ireland and Royal and Sun Alliance, supporting IT operations and management. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business and Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
