Lars Reckmann

Lars Reckmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lars began their career in 1990 as a Werbeleiter at REWE Group, where they managed the advertising department and handled advertising and branding campaigns. In 1993, they joined M.T.C. Media Technology Centre GmbH as a Project Director, overseeing digital services. Lars then moved on to Bavaria Film GmbH in 1995, where they served as the Department Head of the New Media Lab, establishing and expanding the department's Bavaria Film Interactive segment.

Lars played a significant role in the development of Bavaria Film Interactive GmbH, later becoming the company's Managing Director. During their time in this position, which lasted from 1995 to 2020, they transformed the company into a leading corporate video provider, established the Wolfsburg location, and implemented organizational, process, and cultural advancements.

From 2020 to 2022, Lars held the roles of Executive Producer, Key Account Director, and Member of the Executive Board at Bavaria Film Communications GmbH. In this role, they continued their contributions to the company's success. Additionally, Lars took on the role of Director of Production at LOOPING GROUP in 2022, further expanding their expertise.

Most recently, Lars joined movingimage in 2023 as a Senior Sales Consultant, applying their extensive industry knowledge and experience to contribute to the company's sales efforts.

Lars Reckmann began their education journey in 1987 at the University of Regensburg, where they pursued a degree in Physics for the higher teacher position in grammar schools. Lars attended the university until 1990 but did not obtain a degree in physics. In 1991, Lars attended the Bayerische Akademie für Werbung in Nürnberg, where they focused on Marketing and Advertising and earned a degree in Business Administrator Advertising BAW. In 2020, Lars briefly attended Brainbirds, where they pursued further education as an Agile Coach.
