Slav Nakov

Slav Nakov, LL.M. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and compliance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Head of Legal & Governance at Movinx since August 2021, Slav has held key legal roles at notable companies such as AUTO1 FinTech as General Counsel and Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH in both Head of Credit Law Compliance and Senior Legal Counsel capacities. Previous positions include Senior Legal Advisor at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria and leadership roles at Coface Austria Kreditversicherung branch Bulgaria and Coface Bulgaria Credit Management Services. Slav Nakov holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Bucerius Law School and another Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, complemented by a high school diploma from The American College of Sofia.
