Frank Xu

Frank Xu has extensive experience in engineering leadership within the IT services sector, currently serving as VP of Engineering at Movitech since May 2012, where the focus is on Mobile and Cloud technologies. Prior to this role, Frank held several key positions at Dextrys from February 2004 to May 2012, including VP of Engineering and Head of China Business, as well as Technical Director and Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Tech Leader and Development Manager at Shanghai XinNing Technologies Co., Ltd from June 2002 to February 2004.
