Javier Solís

Javier Solís has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Javier began their career at Universidad de Valladolid in 1996, where they worked as a Network Researcher for a brief period. Javier then moved on to Junta de Castilla y León in 1997, where they worked as a Technical Advisor. In 1999, they joined Teligent, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, System Engineer, Presales and Business Development, and Global Product Marketing Manager. In 2008, they joined Movius, where they held positions such as Technical Sales, VP Customer Success Program, VP Product Management, Global Account Director, Presales and Client Success Director for Financial Services Institutions, Evangelist and Head of Product, and currently serves as the Principal Evangelist.

Javier Solís obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Valladolid, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they attended IE Business School for a Higher Education Programme in Telecommunication Business Management from 2001 to 2002. In terms of certifications, Javier obtained the following: Growth Series from Reforge (obtained in 2023), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in 2022), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (obtained in January 2022), Blockchain Specialization from Coursera (obtained in 2021), and Introduction to Cyber Security Specialization from Coursera (obtained in 2020).
