Perry Heath is the Director of Business Development at R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., where they develop relationships with local, state, and regional business leaders to enhance the company's position in the construction market. Previously, Perry served as Past Chairman of the Board for both the Greater Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce and the Carlisle Area Health & Wellness Foundation. They also held leadership roles on the Carlisle Borough Council, including President from 2012 to 2016, and were the Past Steering Committee Chairman for the ACE Mentor Program of Cumberland County. Perry earned a BS in Corrections from Penn State University and a Master's in Social Service Administration from Case Western Reserve University.
