Igor Sternal is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a strong background in managing strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. Currently serving as Group Category Manager and Group Procurement Manager for Central Europe at Mowi since June 2020, Igor previously held roles such as Group Procurement Manager at MOWI Central Europe and Head of Strategic Sourcing at Morpol S.A. With earlier experience as Purchasing Manager at RNA Group and General Manager at ALDI Stores, Igor has developed expertise in overseeing store operations, stock control, and team management. Igor holds two Master's degrees in Sociology and Marketing from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, acquired between 1993 and 2003.
