Michael Gow

Michael Gow, M.Ed., is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at MoxiWorks, where responsibilities include designing and delivering learning solutions for a client base of 1,000 and 300 employees. Prior to MoxiWorks, Michael served at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. in various training leadership roles, notably as Senior Manager of Broker and Agent Training, where efforts included transforming training methodologies to accommodate virtual platforms during the pandemic, enhancing brand retention for 32,000 agents and brokers. Earlier experience at IEEE as a Senior Instructor involved redesigning learning curricula for a staff of 1,200, significantly improving service for 100,000 engineering members. Michael holds a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education from Saint Joseph's College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University.
