Moyer Associates Inc. provides Consulting services to locally-based Architects and Owners in Criminal Justice Facility Planning, Programming and Design-Police, Courts, Corrections.  Bringing a National and International focus, Moyer has authored publications for the United Nations, the U.S. Department of Justice, and professional organizations such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).  Fred Moyer was inducted into the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects for advancing the state-of-the-art in Justice facilities planning and design.
