Mike Coles is a digital transformation leader with extensive experience in enterprise architecture, application services, and integration. Currently serving as an Enterprise Architect at Pivotpoint Partners, they have successfully implemented data integration strategies for a large Holiday Park and Lifestyle company, enhancing performance visibility across multiple sites. Previously, they held significant roles at organizations such as Transport for NSW, where they directed enterprise platforms, and the Reserve Bank of Australia, where they contributed to the development of a major liquidity management project. Additionally, Mike is a co-owner and head instructor at TrailBlazers Sydney, specializing in motorcycle coaching and youth development.
