Leon Tchikindas

Leon Tchikindas is the Chief Executive Officer of Mozart Data. They are a data and insights technologist and customer experience generalist whose experience includes leading analytics leadership roles at Periscope Data (Head of Data, Product Chief of Staff, 2017–2019) and senior data leadership at Bambee in 2022. They prototyped and productized a first-in-class SQL dependency mapper, established a Snowflake partnership for Data Engine, led an AWS Redshift beta-testing advisory board, and implemented a company-wide multi-touch tracking and attribution stack that enabled the marketing team to quadruple digital spend. Their earlier roles include a Senior Analyst position at Zitter Health Insights (2013–2014) and an Immunohistochemistry Medical Technologist role at BioReference Laboratories (2009–2011). They earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a BE in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University (2007–2011).
