Ev Williams

Ev Williams is a prominent entrepreneur and technology executive currently serving as Cofounder and Chairman of Mozi since October 2023. With significant leadership roles, Williams has been Chairman and CEO of Medium since July 2012 and is a Co-Founder of Obvious Ventures since January 2014. Previously, Williams served as CEO and Board Member of Twitter from April 2007 to January 2019 and held the CEO position at The Obvious Corporation from March 2011 to July 2012. Williams was also the CEO of Odeo Inc., a podcasting company, from January 2005 to October 2006, and worked as a Program Manager for Blogger at Google from February 2003 to October 2004, after co-founding Blogger while at Pyra Labs from January 1999 to February 2003. Early in the career, Williams was a Marketing Coordinator at O'Reilly Media in 1997, and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1990 to 1991.
