Monirah AlRayes has been in the workforce since 2015. Monirah began their career as a Trainee at the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH). In 2016, they became a Recruitment Officer at Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company, where they were responsible for recruiting staff, issuing manpower forms and job offers, and following up with the employee. In 2017, they joined Novartis as a Human Resources Officer and HR Associate. In 2020, they took on the role of Project1932 LittleSib at Project1932. Currently, Monirah AlRayes is a Senior People Operations Specialist at Mozn.

Monirah AlRayes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from King Saud University between 2011 and 2016.
