Shady Elborai

Shady Elborai has been in the software engineering industry since 2008. Shady began their career as a Junior Software Developer at Bright Creations, then moved to Vodafone Egypt in 2010, where they worked as a System Analyst and Senior System Analyst. In 2014, Shady became a Co-founder and Software Engineering Manager at TelecoSYS, where they designed an enterprise platform for data consistency for telecom operators and managed a team for implementation, testing, and delivery. In 2017, they moved to Advicenode, where they served as Co-founder and Software Engineering Manager, supervising training and development of software engineers, assigning work to software engineers and evaluating their performance, and transforming business requirements into technical iterations (sprints). In 2019, Shady joined Etisalat Misr, where they were CRM Platforms Manager and Enterprise Solutions Expert. Currently, they are employed by Mozn as a Software Engineering Manager.

Shady Elborai holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. Shady then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, which they completed in 2014.
