Fausto Falsetta

Fausto Falsetta began their work experience in 2003 at Philips Lighting, where they held the position of Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Specialty Lighting. In this role, they were responsible for the profit and loss of a $35 million business, overseeing a team of 18 direct reports in various departments. Fausto held this position until December 2009. In 2010, they joined M&P Export Management Corporation as the Director of Business Development, a role they held until January 2013. From January 2013 onwards, they served as the CEO and Owner of M&P Export Management Corporation.

Fausto Falsetta completed their education at two distinguished universities. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Rutgers University - Newark. Prior to this, they attended Drexel University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering from 1986 to 1991.
