Arnold Donald

Arnold Donald is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corp. (NYSE: CCL) and Carnival plc from July 2013 to August 2022 and as a director from 2001 to November 2022. He currently serves as a director of Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) since January 2013 and as a director of Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) since January 2023.He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Executive Leadership Council, a nonprofit organization providing a professional network and business forum to African-American executives at major U.S. companies from November 2010 to June 2012. In addition, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International from January 2006 to February 2008. Mr. Donald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Carleton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School Business.
