David Chirichello

David Chirichello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and engineering within the aerospace, defense, energy, and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations at MP Materials since December 2023, David previously held the position of General Manager at Bodycote from January 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing P&L, staffing, and capital expenditures for heat treatment plants. David also managed another General Manager role at Bodycote focused on the oil and gas sector and was an Engineering Manager at Exova Group Limited, coordinating operations across multiple testing divisions. David's earlier career included a role as a Metallurgical Engineer at Exova and internships at ArcelorMittal and NAVAIR. David holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University.
