David Infuso

David Infuso has extensive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and audit management. David served as the Senior Vice President at MP Materials, overseeing various financial functions and leading key initiatives post-IPO. Prior to this, they were the Director at Penn National Gaming, where they successfully implemented ASC 606 and managed financial reporting transitions. David began their career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Manager, working with Fortune 300 clients and leading audit engagements.

David Infuso attended UNLV Lee Business School from 2002 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy.
