Hal Richardson

Hal Richardson is currently serving as the Director of Finance - Corporate Accounting & Finance at MP Materials, leading companywide finance transformation initiatives, acting as the Finance Controller, and providing guidance to operations. With previous experience at The Venetian® I The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp., The Coca-Cola Company, and The Home Depot, Hal has a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and system implementation. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The University of Alabama.
