John Pourciau

John Pourciau has a diverse work history, starting in 2001 as an Outside Operations Assistant Golf Professional at TPC at Sawgrass. John then transitioned to roles at Rapport Leadership International, where they worked their way up from Operations Analyst to Director of Operations. In 2011, they joined Station Casinos, LLC, holding positions such as Sr. Property Analyst, Sr. Marketing & Player Development Analyst, Corporate Director of Database Marketing, and finally Corporate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Currently, they serve as Sr. Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer at MP Materials, a position they have held since November 2022, after initially starting as Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis in December 2020.

John Pourciau obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Florida in 2004. John focused on English Literature (British and Commonwealth) during their time at the university.
