Matt Sloustcher

Matt Sloustcher has over 15 years of experience in communications and government affairs. Matt currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Communications & Policy at MP Materials, where they are a spokesperson for the rare earth materials producer. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at American Honda Motor Company and CODA Automotive, managing a team and overseeing communications strategies. Matt also served on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Critical Minerals & Nonferrous Metals at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

From 2003 to 2007, Matt Sloustcher attended UC Santa Barbara, where they earned a B.A. degree in Political Science.
