Michiel Van Rhijn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 1986 to 1992, they attended St.-Janscollege in Hoensbroek, where they completed their VWO (Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs) and achieved their Atheneum B qualification.

Following this, from 1992 to 1999, Michiel Van Rhijn enrolled at Delft University of Technology. During this period, they pursued a degree in Applied Physics and successfully completed their studies, earning an Msc. degree.
