Parisa Amini started their work experience in 2017 as an Industrial Engineer at Jam Polypropylene Company (JPPC), where they focused on collecting and analyzing quality measures to develop improvement plans. Parisa also participated in projects related to business growth and industrial shed construction.
In 2018, Parisa worked as an Industrial Engineer at Bimehdi, where they reviewed operational plans and implemented changes to improve workflow and reduce costs. Parisa was also involved in continuous improvement programs using methods such as 5S and 6 sigmas.
In 2018, Parisa also served as an English Language Teacher at KISH Institute of Science and Technology.
In 2019, Parisa worked as a Graduate Intern at Nippon Express.
In 2020, they joined MPO, initially as a Support Consultant, where they provided product support to customers, conducted testing, and managed chargeable requests. Parisa then took on the role of Project Manager, responsible for leading projects from requirements definition to deployment, coordinating resources, developing project schedules, and providing updates to stakeholders.
Parisa Amini completed their Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Rotterdam Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from West Tehran Islamic Azad University between 2013 and 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Parisa obtained a TTC certification from KISH Institute of Science and Technology in 2019. In 2018, they acquired certifications in Brand Management and Business Negotiation from Industrial Management Institute. Lastly, in 2017, they received an MSP certification from Islamic Azad University West Tehran Branch.
