Tom Rhoads

Tom Rhoads serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at MPO since May 2019, where Tom leads the Commercial Team and drives global Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development. Rhoads has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including positions such as Global VP Sales and Business Development and VP Sales for North America at MPO. Prior to this, Rhoads excelled at Infor and GT Nexus, focusing on client partnership and account management in supply chain solutions. Tom's earlier career includes significant roles at JDA Software, RedPrairie, and Escalate Retail, where Tom was responsible for strategic account sales and consulting within the retail and consumer goods sectors. Rhoads has a BBA in Business from Dallas Baptist University and has attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, focusing on Management Information Systems.
