Megan Pinegar

Megan Pinegar is a seasoned consultant and executive with extensive experience in organizational management and operations. Currently serving as a consultant at MP Solutions since September 2018, Megan specializes in overseeing business activities, infrastructure development, and strategic planning. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, Megan managed all organizational operations and collaborated with the Board of Directors on governance and finance issues. With a strong background in financial transparency and human resources from roles such as Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources at the Foundation, and Director of Operations at both Michael Torrey Associates and U.S. Senator Jerry Moran's office, Megan has demonstrated proficiency in strategic initiatives and compliance. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Nonprofit Management from Kellogg Executive Education.
