Ethan Arrow

Ethan Arrow, CFA, is currently a Vice President in Regulatory Policy at Goldman Sachs, where they focus on regulatory capital, stress testing, and recovery and resolution. They also serve as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for MPact Global Action for Gay Men’s Health and Rights, advocating for equitable access to HIV prevention and care services. Prior to these roles, Ethan worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, specializing in safety and soundness and capital planning, and served as a Senior Associate on the Basel Committee's Working Group on Capital. Their international experience includes a role as a Summer Analyst at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and being a Fulbright Grantee with the German-American Fulbright Commission. Ethan is pursuing a Master of Arts in German Studies at Middlebury College and a Master of International Affairs in International Economic Policy at Columbia University.
